Community Insight
What is community insight?
Within your data set we often find common characteristics which can predict outcomes (e.g. most accountants enjoy math puzzles) which can be more useful than non-predictive characteristics (e.g. just as many accountants are left-handed as expected in the general population).
Non-predictive characteristics for one group (e.g. left-handedness having no relation to likelihood of being an accountant) can often give us unexpected insights into predictors of other groups (e.g. left-handedness is more common among musicians than in the general population).
To add complexity to insights regarding complex humans (like ourselves, and like your community) when our insights include multiple characteristics, accurate understandings can be as counter-intuitive as they are profitable: (e.g. both musicians and accountants are more likely, than the general public, to enjoy math puzzles, AND musicians are more likely than the general public to be left-handed, BUT accountants are no more likely than the general public to be left-handed).
Making sense of it all - to help YOU grow
People are complicated. There are far more characteristics than left or right-handedness, there are far more ways to categorize people than 'accountant', 'musician', and 'general public'; and there are far more interests (including their interest in joining your faith community) which can occupy a person's attention - more than math puzzles.
With proper insights into your local (or digital) community, your church can have a steep advantage in occupying the attention, engagement, and choices of your congregation and prospective members.
The AYT analytics team uses neural networking technology, machine learning, and a vast array of other analytics capabilities to give you the whole picture - including:
- Why current members attend your events and services (and why they'll continue to do so)
- Why potential potential members don't attend (and why they would or would not continue)
- How to connect you with segments of your community who would are looking for a faith community like yours (and directing these people to you)
